Chairo Productions acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the app.

Data We Collect

• Account data (when you sign up): email address, display name, authentication identifiers.
• Gameplay data: nicknames, game scores, room participation, moves, tournament entries.
• Payment-related data: order history and subscription status. Card details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device type, and basic request logs for security and abuse prevention.

How We Use Your Data

• Providing the game and online multiplayer features.
• Processing purchases and managing subscriptions.
• Customer support and responding to inquiries.
• Security, fraud prevention, and abuse moderation.
• Improving the app (aggregate, non-identifying usage analysis).

• Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payments, billing, tax, invoicing, refunds, and subscription management. See Paddle's Privacy Notice.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers for application hosting, database, and authentication.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities when required by law.

Data Retention

Account and gameplay data are kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we erase or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (typically up to 7 years for financial records).

International Transfers

Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including the United States and the United Kingdom. Where data leaves the UK/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards with our processors.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. UK/EU residents may complain to their local supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@chairoproductions.com. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, hashed credentials, and least-privilege database policies. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or marketing cookies. Paddle's checkout may set its own cookies during a transaction.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages, but we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or via email (if you have an account).
