Chairo Productions ("we") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Movie Connect Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Tournament Entries

One-time tournament entry purchases are refundable within 30 days only if the tournament has not yet started. Once a tournament begins, entry fees are non-refundable, as the entry has been used to reserve your place in the competition.

How to Request a Refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout.
2. Open the order and choose "Request a refund."
3. Or contact us at support@chairoproductions.com and we will assist you.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your Movie Connect Pro subscription at any time through paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
